Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges:

NO RETURNS.

We hope you enjoy our items you have ordered, as much as we have enjoyed in some cases custom making them for you. However. Since they are custom they are non-returnable. If Items broken/damaged in their original packaging a exchange can be made. Shipping costs and gift cards cannot be refunded. Since they are custom and we are human- errors on our part will be fixed and shiped/ delivered on HITCH.

Once approved and we receive your returned goods from your online order, within the 5 day deadline. We will ship another one out right away.
